Outsourced Contact Centre:

CallEEAST offers NHS Trusts and commercial organisations a large range of contact centre services, such as Inbound Call Handling and Virtual Receptionists. All profits are reinvested back into the East of England Ambulance Service NHS Trust to enhance patient outcomes.
