Welcome on the page of TRAINEAST project!

We are developing this web page during the project TRAINEAST - Training for the future in CEE countries, aiming to provide good resources in the field of responsibility and sustainability in 5 languages: English, Romanian, Bulgarian, Hungarian and Turkish.

The professional handling of sustainability problems is the most important task of future decision makers and there is a need for professional sustainability trainings (further education) in CEE countries. It is also widely accepted now that companies have to play a (pro)active role in preventing and solving these problems, they need to adopt environmentally and socially responsible (corporate social responsibility, CSR) operating practices.

The reason of the TRAINEAST project is that there are no sustainability and CSR further education trainings available for companies’ employees in a structured form in the CEE countries and the VET teachers in CEE countries dealing with sustainability issues do not have the appropriate skills and complex training materials for effective trainings.
